Our services have been developed by taking into account the user's needs. The services cover the complete restoration of all types of pipettes and liquid measuring devices available on the market. Only those pipettes can provide accurate measurements that have been tested and serviced by qualified technicians with many years of experience. Labnikker Ltd. has been providing calibration and repair services of liquid measuring devices for over 20 years.
After receipt of the pipettes, an identification number is assigned to each device, and then documented together with the serial number. All pipettes are disassembled first, then cleaned with a special process, so they are restored to ”mint” condition.
On the disassembled pipettes, we perform the service procedures, as prescribed by the manufacturer. All cleaned pipette components are carefully inspected, and repaired or replaced as necessary. We pay special attention to piston surfaces, tip cones and seals. They are also tested for leaks to ensure the sufficient tightness of pipettes.
We use only high precision equipments and measuring devices. Our controlled, professional and careful service guarantees the accurate and reliable performance and the long lifetime of your devices. Labnikker Ltd. provides the replacement of worn pipette components from its spare parts stock.
After the calibration services, an accredited Calibration Certificate and a Measurement Report are issued.
